What is a 'Depth-Oriented, Embodied Approach'?
My work is informed by Psychodynamic theory, Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), embodied awareness, mindfulness & contemporary psychotherapy practice.
Sessions with me may include the exploration of:
- recurring emotional patterns
- dreams, imagination & symbolic meaning
- different aspects or “parts” of yourself
- the relationship between mind, body & emotion
- questions of identity, purpose and belonging
- how your past experiences are impacting your life
The aim is to develop a deeper & more sustainable relationship with yourself & your emotional life so you can become more fully youself.
