A Grounded and Reflective Therapeutic Space
Therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect and make sense of experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing or difficult to carry alone.
You may be feeling anxious, emotionally stuck, disconnected from yourself, uncertain about direction, struggling in relationships, or moving through a significant life transition. Sometimes familiar ways of coping no longer feel sufficient, and there can be a sense that something deeper is asking for attention.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful and grounded in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and psychological understanding. Together, we explore not only immediate difficulties, but also the underlying emotional patterns, experiences and questions that shape how you relate to yourself, others and the wider world.

What I Commonly Work With
- Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
- Grief and loss
- Feeling lost, disconnected or directionless
- Relationship difficulties
- Depression and low mood
- Identity and self-esteem issues
- Life transitions and periods of change
- Meaning, purpose and belonging
- Emotional patterns and inner conflict
- Creativity, sensitivity and personal development

A Depth-Oriented Approach
My work is informed by depth psychology, embodied awareness and contemporary psychotherapy practice.
This may include exploring:
- recurring emotional patterns
- dreams, imagination and symbolic meaning
- different aspects or “parts” of the self
- the relationship between mind, body and emotion
- questions of identity, purpose and belonging
- how past experiences continue to shape present life
The aim is not simply symptom reduction, but developing a deeper and more sustainable relationship with yourself and your emotional life.
While this work can at times be challenging, it is approached collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
