What is a 'Depth-Oriented Approach'?
My work is informed by Jungian depth psychology, embodied awareness, mindfulness & contemporary psychotherapy practice.
Sessions may include exploring:
- recurring emotional patterns
- dreams, imagination & symbolic meaning
- different aspects or “parts” of the self
- the relationship between mind, body & emotion
- questions of identity, purpose and belonging
- how past experiences continue to shape present life
The aim is to develop a deeper & more sustainable relationship with yourself & your emotional life so you can become more fully your true self.
