Depth-Oriented Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Path to Wholeness

I draw on many traditions in my work, guiding individuals through an approach that combines Jungian analysis, Eastern practices, and depth ecopsychology.

We will focus is on  inner healing and uncovering the tasks and shadows of the psyche. We will carefully analyse and alchemise past events in the present context, embodying tangible change in your life.

Real-World Integration

There are many so-called 'quick fixes' on offer, but my approach orients on integrating transformational change into a coherent, authentic life. Depth psychotherapy offers a spacious way forward,  so that you can live your life.

Jungian Informed

As an avid student of Jung, I incorporate the use of dreams, architypes, mythology, symbols and other Jungian concepts and frameworks into my work. The overarching theme of this approach is called 'Individuation', which I call 'becoming who you are'

Soul
Centred

We will work from the assumption that at the core of every individual lies a Self that, over a lifetime becomes obscured by cultural, familial and relational patterns. We peel these away, unmasking your most true form so you can be authentically you in any scenario

Internal Family Systems

Drawing on the architypes, we creatively meet the many parts that make up you, you. Integrating these parts, healing the wounded ones, we find and embody true Self. Some may call this Internal Family Systems, or Systemic Constellations

Eco-psychology

Nature may act as a guide and a mirror in our work together. You may be invited out into the landscape to undertake soul-walks and meet archetypal selves. This may sound esoteric, but in practice it is a tangible framework toward wholeness.

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."
